How do I get my files after I buy?
Checkout is handled by Gumroad. As soon as payment completes, you'll get an email with a download link, and the files stay in your Gumroad library so you can download them again later.
What software do I need?
Documents open in Microsoft Word or Google Docs (free). Spreadsheets open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (free). Each product page lists its exact formats.
Can I add my own logo and colors?
Yes. Every template is fully editable: logo, fonts, colors and wording.
Are the contracts legally binding?
A contract's enforceability depends on its content, the parties and the law where you are. Our agreements are general-purpose starting points written in plain English, not legal advice. For anything important, have a local attorney review your final version.
Do the templates work outside the United States?
The billing and finance spreadsheets work anywhere (change the currency and tax labels). Contracts and HR documents are written with U.S. usage in mind and should be checked against local law elsewhere.
Can I use a template for my clients?
You can use templates to create documents for your own business, including documents you send to your own clients. You can't resell or share the template files themselves. See the terms.
